Programme structure
The programme offers two directions: A) Criminal Law of Addictions and B) Legal and Therapeutic Management of Addictions.
For the award of the postgraduate degree, the student must successfully complete 4 compulsory core courses during the first semester, 2 compulsory and 2 elective courses during the second semester and a postgraduate thesis during the third semester. Each course corresponds to 7,5 ECTS. The student secures 30 ECTS for each semester and a total of 90 ECTS.
Since the programme is addressed to an audience with different academic backgrounds, before the beginning of the first semester an optional background course is offered to students who do not have a law degree or wish to refresh their knowledge in criminal law, in which basic issues of substantive and procedural criminal law are analysed.
